Plainly Prepared ("we") operates disaster-report.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact form messages: if you write to us, we receive the name, email address and message you enter, and use them only to reply. We keep a short-lived record of the sending IP address to block spam.
• Outbound link counts: when you click a link to a partner service, we record which offer was clicked, which page it was clicked from, and the country the request came from. This is a plain counter: no cookies, no identifiers, and nothing that can be traced back to you. We use it to know which recommendations are actually useful.
• Analytics: anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type), used to understand what content helps people. It loads only after consent where consent is required, and never when we detect a Global Privacy Control signal.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your email with third parties for their marketing.
